The food here is unexplainably bland, considering it looked delicious and smelled wonderful. The guacamole was almost tasteless, and the cadillac steak taco al carbon I ordered was lacking in steak, and what there was of it was rubbery and fatty. The margaritas were strong enough, but the glass was mostly ice, so one sip and it was gone. Our waiter was unenthusiastic bordering on rude, but that would have been overlooked if the food had been great!

Although the food doesn't quite compare to the great Tex-Mex that you can get in Austin or Houston, it's still pretty darn good. Especially for Boston. Unlike most sit-down restaurants in Faneuil Hall, it's somewhat reasonably priced. I recommend the tequila chicken, the chimichangitas, and of course, the Margaritas. The melon margarita in particular is fantastic. The services is acceptable. They are friendly, accurate, but not always as fast as you'd like them to be (but maybe I'm just impatient).

I ordered the fish taco to go, service was awesome, everything was ready when I arrived. Tacos were fantastic. I asked for extra spicy and this is what I got. I have been there for table service and the value was great, the wait staff were attentive and accomodating, excellent value for the money. Drink are awesome.

After reading a few reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I was by myself, and the "host" tried to seat me at the bar, even though there were plenty of extra tables. Waitress was quick to take my order, but the food arrived slowly and was mediocre at best. Ordered blackened chicken and steak fajitas. Meat was skimpy, and the blackened spice was nearly tasteless. Tons of onions, and a few green peppers. Sides of rice and beans were bland, and obviously not home made. Beans had a chemical taste. Took forever to get my check, and then another ten minutes to pay and get change. Server was totally unenthusiastic. Will not return.

I like coming to this restaurant as a treat. I bring my family members here when we are celebrating a birthday. The food is great, the service is good. The atmosphere is laid back which is nice considering all the stuffy places in Faneuil Hall. The staff is very accomodating.

Recently I went to Zuma's for dinner. I cannot say how amazing the food was. First, they have chips and fresh salsa. Yummy... Next, I ordered coconut chicken, which was a special with grilled vegetables and rice. I cannot possibly recount how delicious it was. I've always tried coconut chicken at lots of different places, and this takes the cake. It was so delicious. Plus, they served it with this coconut sauce that was to die for. When I asked to get my food wrapped up to go, I asked for extra sauce. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some mexican food, and I'd definitely go there again!
