My son and his girlfriend took me to dinner on a Sunday night, and although we didn't have a reservation, they sat us down and were served promptly. The food was authentic and very tasty , everything we ordered was delicious. Reasonable prices and the waitstaff were very friendly. I recommend this restaurant 100%.

I went this Saturday evening with my lovely wife Vanessa we live in Albany NY. The food was excelent Vanessa have the 3 mofongos fill up with different type of meat and seafood and I have the Chillo frito "Red Snapper" it was fantastic. Great place to bring people especially from other culture, well decorated and very clean. The only issue is the space in the bar for drinks other than that, beatiful place and great food. Another thing make sure that you park in the right place and look for all the sign being new in town I got a $100 parking fine, but I was so satisfied with the food and a great conversation with the owner that worth the extra tip. Also recomend another place that we visit the next day and that was Merengue the next time that my wife and I visit Boston for sure we will stop by and eat a really great food.

I had such high hopes for this place! While our server and the decor was great this place can use some work. I called for a reservation for a party of 10 and when we arrived they push our reservation back without informing us and when I asked the hostess why I wasn't called and that my reservation was at 9:30, she gave me a major attitude and told me that is what is on the system. We were made to wait over 45 mins for our table due to size. Once we told the owner that we had a reservation and we have been waiting awhile, he gave us free wine for the table. We got the platter and it was good except for the fact the alcapurrias were not the formal shape and were black. When we starting order we were then informed there was no white rice and was told they would not be preparing more. What is a Puerto Rican restaurant without rice. This place needs some work.

I'm puerto rican, and I can say that this place is perfect for when your feeling homesick. The food is AMAZING, just like in PR, the service is very friendly, and the ambiance is just perfect. I definitely recommend this to anyone interested in some good puerto rican food. Don't forget to try the mojitos!
