Troquet
I'm very surprised to see the review that was posted which stated that the food and service were "fair". This person must have hit a very off night becuase the food and service is usually excellent. The wine selection is also amazing and the person who oversees the wine list is always available to offer knowledgeable advice.

Go for the wine
A couple of the appetizers are good, the food and service aren't great, but if you love wine this is the place to go. Troquet has a great selection...some wines I've only been able to find in France and have to put in an order at liquor stores to enjoy at home.
