Unpleasant experience, would never go again!

The company was great but the food was just ok and you definately left there HUNGRY! SMALL portions for a very LARGE price and when you asked to speak to a manager or just get a bread basket they could not accomodate you. Poor customer service. Would NEVER go there again.

    Never again

Noisy, crowded, lukewarm food, tepid drinking water, overpriced. If the restaurant survives it is due to unsuspecting tourists/business people or young professionals who think it is a trendy spot. The lobster was subpar. Mushy lobster meat (when there was meat to be found) drenched in mayonnaise. I was shocked at how bad it was.

    Loud and lousy

The place is VERY LOUD making it impossible to have a conversation. Trade is really a loud bar (with drunk young professionals) that happens to serve food. Once seated, the noise level was still high so we could only talk to the person in the next seat. Service was disorganized. It was hard to figure out who our waiter was. We asked for bread but they don't serve it here. Instead, we had to order an $11.00 flatbread to augment our pasta dishes. It took forever for drinks to arrive. The food was just average and overpriced. By the time we were done, we were hoarse, disappointed and irritated.

    Never will return

Over-inflated prices for bland food with alot of salad mixed in and over-inflated egos working there. Couldn't even accomodate a large table without giving an attitude, not worth the time or money.

    V. good experience

Very cool atmosphere, high ceilings, nice bar area - the section with the tables is quieter than the bar area. The food is very good, the flatbreads are GREAT, the chicken main entree was also excellent. The drinks were very good. Its a nice spot, the servers and front desk was very friendly and cordial. We will definitely come back.

    Unfriendly

Front desk unfriendly. Asked for a table with every table open except one and was seated at the bar in front of a pole and next to wait staff drink pick up. Cold hard atmosphere. Will not return

    Good but too noisy

The minute we walked through the doors, we were assaulted by the noise. The tables are separated from the bar, but the clatter doesn't stop. The food was terrific, and the server was knowledgeable. But we were with friends, and even shouting was barely enough to be heard across the table. It was a relief to go outside after dinner. We (and our friends) will not go back.
