    Love this place

I love the sevens. Great bar as people have said low key. i think the prices are fair, given the neighborhood. I really like the food here too. I had an amazing pastrami sandwich. One of my favorite places to grab a drink.

    Best Pub in Town

The Sevens is a comfortable, relaxed pub with great food and an impressive selection of beers. Its a great place to grab a bite to eat and have a few drinks with friends. It is the kind of place you want to be a regular. The prices are fair and the food is great- especially the chips and salsa and the chowder. Def. recommended highly!

    Awesome low-key bar

The drinks are cheap and the selection's great. The food is typical bar fare and maybe *slightly* overpriced. Go for the atmosphere.

    A real bar in Boston

Lovin' the 7s long time. Small, tight room, tiny untidy bathrooms (duck the darts). Oh, the food has improved over the years but you go there for the unpretentious nature of the joint itself. The juke has something for everyone and you'll see a slice of life every time. Beacon hillers, students and their professors nursing beers, nurses from the General, vagabonds, musicians and even the guy who invented Sam Adams beer. Try some of that wacky wheat beer with the lemon and the raspberry shot like they had in that German joint in Harvard Sq. back in the day. You'll never hear the word "upscale" here. Upscale, never.
