Above and beyond delivery service
I just wanted to thank the Reel Deal delivery service. I understand getting something incorrect now and then, and when I called to ask them to correct my order they went ABOVE and BEYOND, by not only re-delivering my order, but also sent me a nice gift card for making me wait. I didn't expect that at all, and that's what good customer service is all about. The REEL DEAL is #1 in customer service! *Not to mention amazing food!!
