Pricey
The food was great, but the portions were ridiculously small. Make sure you go to this restaurant only on a full stomach or else you'll be starving when you leave.

portions
We are from new york and make it our business to go to the Butcher Shop on every trip, which is often. We were in town last week and had a very disappointing evening. When our entrees were brought out it was laughable. The size of the portions in the bowls that they used was insulting. My son ordered hanger steak and there were two bite size pieces on the plate. The pasta was served in a bowl that fit maybe three tablespoons of pasta. We are not big portion people but this was a joke. We have been in a lot of restaurants but none of us have never seen anything like this. We were actually laughing when they brought out our food. Needless to say that was the last time we will be going there.
