What a rip off
This was the most expensive restaurant I've been to and the most ridiculous thing ever was they charge you the same price if you're getting a vegetarian entre as a non veg entre. Momo's should not be $14 for 8 of them. They are a very inexpensive item to make. Also $ 14 for an order of fried rice is a such a scam. I mean who are they kidding. YOu can get flavorful Asian fried rice anywhere for a lot cheaper. Also the last time I checked Miso soup was not Tibetan. They pick and choose to make their food the most inexpensive for them to make and yet charge you ridiculous prices for it. We did not enjoy the food. THe momo's were so bland, if you plan on getting the ricotta cheese and spinach ones, they are awful, just make yourself a steamed conglomerate of a ricotta and spinach vegetarian lasagne base and stack on some thick sheets of noodles and boil it all. Also the fried rice were very plain, nothing worth paying $14 for.

Food So Good it will make you happy and peaceful
I go to lunch here as much as possible. I walk in there and the energy of that place is so peaceful and happy it's enough to just go there and hang out! Then there is the food. Feels like a home cooked meal (because it is!) which is so delicious that you eat slower, enjoy the taste of everything and smile after each bite. The people there are kind and friendly. It's hard enough to find a place that has no blasing music or big screen TV. I enjoy focusing on what I am eating as well as being able to hear someone talking to me.

The Best of Tibet in Boston
I've been fortunate ... I've been to Tibet (five times) and truly know what being inside a Tibetan Restaurant - eating Tibetan food - prepared and served by Tibetans. Truly, this is a dining expierence not to be missed! Everything about Tashi Delek is authentic ... especially the food. But besides nailing the "Tibetan flavor" the atmosphere and people complete the expereince. If you want to visit Tibet, but don't have a few extra thousand dollars to get there ... then get yourself over to Tashi Delek.
