Great Southern BBQ finally hits the NE
Yes, it is a lil pricey but well worth it (IMO). I went with a few friends, sat at the long table and had the Fat Cheeks tray. The rest of the crew had a sandwich platter and another Fat Cheeks. Everyone was full (the bucket o biscuits are to die for... Light, buttery cat head biscuits... Who could ask for more) and the service was on point. We went on an off night (Monday or Tuesday I think) so it was a little slow as far as the crowd goes. Chef Tiffany was there and made it a point to come and talk with us and was genuinely wanting to hear our opinions (2 of us work as cooks in the area, me being one), we had nothing bad to say. I grew up in the NE and have lived over 18 yrs of my life in the Southern states and she has managed to pull the best of it all into a lil joint in Fenway. I HIGHLY recommend the place and have plans to go back very often
