Susan's Deli Of Course

I usually go to this place for their specials like the chicken cordon bleu, the roast pork, etc. Those are quite good. The service is not anything to write home, but I have never been treated rudely.

I tried this place for lunch since it is close to my job, and with the weather turning cold it's not ideal to be walking half a mile in blustery winds just to get a sandwich. I walked in, and there are several smug people behind the counter. The smugness continued throughout my entire transaction. The food was decent (tuna club in a pita), but not amazing by any stretch. Given that the customer service is severely lacking, I'll most likely be walking a little further to get lunch. If you don't mind mediocre food and terrible service, by all means try Susan's.

All the people that work at this place are pretty abrupt, and I dare say downright rude at times. The woman at the cashier station is so rude. She is snippy and acts as though we can read her mind. They also only take cash, so no plastic here or you're SOL. Food is good, kabobs are decent. Cheezy salad, there's hardly no feta cheese in it, you have to ask for and pay for extra just to get what should be in a normal portion of Greek type salad. Prices are not great but it's good, hot food so hey, we pay it.

$6.50 to $7.00 will get you a sub with about 3 slices of lunch meat, 2 slices of cheese, and a piece or two of lettuce. The sandwiches will give you the energy to make the walk a couple of blocks to someplace where you can get a bigger sandwich.

Ok food for too much $$. Staff seem to care less about steady customers.

BBque Chicken breast was delicious and was also a very filling portion. Friend had one of their specialty sandwiches, it was so large she ate half and saved half for the next day. She also said that it too was delicious. Price is average with deli's in location.

The best chicken Kbob rice and salad and AWESOME chicken salad on a roll!
