nice taste of boston
Pan's Lobster is the way to go at this restaurant. The lobster is cooked in the pan with butter, garlic and herbs and comes out to savory perfection.

Not recommended
Ordered the $28.00 Clam Bake at the new Hingham location at and it was dreadful. Four or five sandy clams, a few mussels, a very small piece of chourico, an under cooked potato and a rubbery lobster! Along with 2 drinks costing $20.00 a very poor value. I would not return!

Unpleasant
We made a reservation for 9 adults and were seated in an empty area of the resrurant. It took 54 minutes to get 8 meals 1 meal only took 10 minutes and was served alone! The other 8 meals 5 were cold or unacceptable! We had 5 people serving our table and one hand did not no what the other was doing! When the first meal was served alone we asked the waiter what was up with that and he laughed..... sure he did not when he got the tip! I would never go back or reccomend it to anyone!!

Fantastic seafood
Summer Shack is the place to have fantastic seafood in a unpretentious environment. The choice from the raw bar is second to none in Boston and the staff are friendly providing good service without being invasive. I choose my hotel in Boston to be close to Summer Shack - it's that good.

Brilliant!
Fun, Relaxed with excellent food. A taste of Summer in this frigid weather. Raw bar is extensive, best in the city! I'm going back soon. See you there!
