Pack your own doggy bag
Overall I had a good experience. Just one thing, I asked my Waiter to wrap up my unfinished food. He did do it but it looked like he just took the whole plate and tossed it all at once in the Styrofoam container and shook it up. I had to piece by piece pick apart coleslaw and the remains of a fisherman’s platter. The Waiter still was given the standard tip but would have been more if it was not for the lack of respect for my leftovers.

Best Oysters Around!
I went all over the city and the Salty dog had the best oysters anywhere...

Not recommended
5 shrimp for $10.95! Ridiculous and over cooked a $27 ribeye! Never again! Don't bother , waste of money and time

Weekend in Boston
We only stopped in for a beer and were ther for about 2 hours. We had to sit at the bar being the tables were full but that was the great part, 6 of us had a great time. The drinks were good, The Bloody Mary`s Perfect;. We did up shrimp coctails, New England Clam Chowder (Of Course ) and probably several more snacks.The bartender was one of the best we`ve seen. You`ve got a beautiful city up there and should be proud of The Salty Dog ! Hope to be back soon.
