Poor service
Once I had requested a table for party of 2. My fiance was parking our car and the hostess says, "I can not seat you until your party is here." I can understand if I had more people with me, but I have sat in a table by myself w/ an empty chair across from me. I didn't see the difference. The manager stated, "we can not seat incomplete parties." I left and took my business elsewhere. I WAS a frequent customer, they obviously didn't care. If they have personal issues, professionalism and customer service requires them to leave it at home.
