    Great food

    I've been there about 4 or 5 times the food is great and their sauce is awesome it's a great place to go to your friends for lunch and dinner

    This place needs a staff overhaul!

    I recently went into Cane's before a concert at the Agganis Arena which is right across the street. There was a long line which we were expecting but we waited and placed our orders. After waiting for about 20 minutes i began to get restless I mean this place only offers chicken fingers and fries to eat... oh and the choice of texas toast or cole slaw. No dressing choices nothing. So one would assume that the food would be cooked in a timely manner. After 45 minutes the restaraunt was full of customers still waiting for their food. While no food had come out in over 10 minutes everyone statred to get restless and agitated. One woman went up to the counter and asked the cashier for a refund stating that she had been waiting for her food for an hour and she didn't have any more time to wait. The cashier responded raising his voice and said "well you should have known there was gonna be a wait when you saw the line. But I'll find the manager." After hearing that a few more people came up to the counter and wanted refunds and the cashier proceeded to give out an attitude and went into the back leaving everyone out front even more angry and confused. One man went behind the couter to the swinging door that went into the kitchen area and asked another worker to speak to a manager. The same cashier from before came over and started yelling in the customers face saying that he didn't know where his manager was and if the man would like to find him himself he could go ahead. More and more customers were now asking for a refund. Finally one of the other workers came out and very nicely explained that whoever wanted a refund needed to speak with a manager and they were working on getting him to the front. He asked that everyone calm down... this guy should get a promotion. Magically, once there was an uproar from the lobby from hungry customers, the food started flowing out of the kitchen. Finally a manager came out and started issuing refunds all the while the rude cashier was starting to yell back at the customers. Instead of firing him on the spot the manager started yelling at the cashier and told him to just go relax for a minute. Finally after a little over an hour, I received my food. Moist chicken tenders, luke wamr fries, and theur version of texas toast (a hot dog bun with seame seeds that had been toasted). Oh and this Cane's sauce that they refuse to give out the recipe for??? Nothing to write home about. I dipped my food in ketchup.
