i dine at radius fairly often and i must say that the service there is by far the finest i've experienced anywhere in boston. our servers are always warm and unpretentious. they know everything about the menu...no mean feat, i can tell you. the tasting menus are always fantastic and make for a perfect evening if you're celebrating. the space is warm and beautifully designed and definitely one of a kind. (how often do you dine in a round room, honestly.) i guess i just like being there mostly because it's THE place to see and be seen in boston dining circles. i recommend this place to anyone who wants to impress clients or wow their girlfriend.

I attended a business lunch at Radius on a Tuesday afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere and ambiance was subdued and very conducive to conversation. Our waiter was refined, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire menu. Both my appetizer (smoked salmon crepes) and my entre (bacon studded scallops) were fresh and delicious. Everyone else in my party of 9 seemed to enjoy their meals as well and raved about the lemonade of the day. I must admit, Radius is a much more expensive restaurant than I would normally go to just for lunch. I have eaten dinner there once before for a special occasion, and it certainly is not cheap. However, if you are on an expense account or are looking for a great place to celebrate a special occasion, I would highly recommend it.

The food at radius was just okay, but not worth the price. Not recommended unless you're on an expense account.
