My wife and I have been going to Rabias for close to 10 years now. We discovered it by accident but that chance encounter turned out wonderfully! I have always enjoyed our meals there and the service is always attentive and efficient. We have brought many of our friends and relatives there and Rabias never fails to delight. A great spot, nice romantic ambiance and, most importantly, terrific Italian food with flair.

I've been to Rabia's a total of 4 times. Each time, I've been thoroughly impressed. After a recent trip to Rome, I was somewhat nervous to get back to Boston Italian food, but I am happy to report that the Gnocci with pesto sauce was actually better than any gnocci I had while in Italy. I really think it was the pesto sauce that did it. Its very creamy unlike many restaurants, and I loved every bite. Its hard to resist ordering it everytime I'm there!

I have lived in the North End for 3 years and for some reason I hadn't tried this restaurant until tonight. I have eaten at so many different places and this has got to be my new favorite place to go. For me its always hard to find a good seafood dish, I hate when the red sauce takes away from the flavor of the seafood. Tonight I had Gamberi Dorati Lightly( battered shrimp, lobster ravioli, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and sweet peas sautéed in a lemon sauce) and it was the most amazing thing I have ever tasted. My boyfriend had Sebastiano (Shrimp and scallops, sautéed with artichoke hearts served over linguini in a light cream sauce) and it was also phenomenal. The ambiance was excellent, and they just renovated a new room complete with a massive HD tv and bar if you wanted to go for a game. We chose to sit in the more intimitate room, and the decorations reminded me of actually being in an Italian bistro, with grapes andbirds hanging from vines. I was surprised that I never stumpled across Rabia's on menupages because this is how I find a new place to eat. It definetly deserves a 5 star rating and is way undermined in this neighborhood so abundant with restaurants. SO GOOD!

Rabias has the most delicious entrees and appetizers. The chef is top notch. We have eaten there seveal times and have not been disappointed. We recommend it highly. The food is expertly prepared, delcious and elegantly presented. The specials are a treat and should be tried, but the regular menu items are also incredible. Home-made pastas are excelent and the duck with apricot and fig glaze is amzing. Escargot appetizer special is the best preparation we have had. Rabias serves delicious and decadent meals. If you are lookng for a good meal, Rabias is the place. The vast menu makes you want to come back for more. We live in the North End and go back regularly as well as take all of our guests. You will not be disappointed.
