Good delivery
I order this place fairly often because my girlfriend is Vietnamese. The delivery generally comes timely, and they have decent food. Since nothing else really delivers here, its pretty good.

Good Vietnamese and Good Value
Nice spot to have good Vietnamese food at a decent price. The pho soups are quite good as are the spring rolls.
