Disappointment
I don't normally do reviews but decided to give fellow readers a heads up with regards to this sub-par place serving "pho". First, I ordered #1 on the menu which was fried viet eggrolls and pho with beef meatballs. The spring rolls arrive in 30 secs. Nonetheless, I bit into the thing and it was cold and hard. It didnt taste like it had just been made. The pho turned out to be another disappointment, the soup tasted bland and flavourless and the noodles were still all stuck together and in a bunch. Other restaurants offer much better tasting food) and I will definitely not go to any branch of Pho Hoa anymore.

Best Pho!
My favorite of the chinatown vietnamese choices available. Best soup in town, best fresh spring rolls outside of V Majestic in Allston. The Pho is of the meaty not sweet variety at otehr places like Pho Pasteur etc. Always clean and with a personable staff belive the graffiti across the street that says, "I love Pho Hoa!"
