    I dont know what happened?

I use to love this place when it was called Croma. I took some friends there last night and was really disappointed!! There was practically no one in the restaurant and the service was soooo slow! We sat down at 7:30 and didnt have our meals until after 9! As for the food, I am not a picky eater at all, but it was not good! Nothing was seasoned. All of the food was really bland. Really too bad because I use to love this restaurant and I would recommend it to people, but after last night I will not be going back. Sorry Pazza...

    Good food, horrible service

Great location to dine on newbury street and people watch. With the exception of the cold, tasteless bread, the food is good. Only 2 other tables had diners and yet took forever for the waiter to bring out the drinks, appetizer, and entrees. He was not attentive and my water glass went unfilled after the appetizers. The manager and other waitstaff were too busy chatting to focus on the diners. I overheard the other patrons equally annoyed at the service level.

    yum

My wife and I ate at Pazzo Sat. night and had a fantastic dining experience. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed people watching while we had our cocktails and deciding on out dinner selections. The waiter was young but poised and extremely professional. We followed his suggestions which were the mushroom pizza and artichoke pizza for appetizers. I had the steak and my wife had the scallops for entrees. They were delicious. All the food had fantastic presentations and tasted equally as good as they looked. We have tried several other outdoor restaurants on this strip of Newbury and found this to be the best dining experience we have had in a long time. We will be back soon.
