amzaing!
My fiancee and I had one of the best meals we have ever had. The food was full of flavor and we left completely satisfied by the whole experience. The owner was friendly and working hard and the service was very personable. We had the yuca and chicken arepa's to start followed by the steak and mahi mahi...we shared both and loved both equally. I don't even eat red meat, and I completely finished the stew that came with my fish and a part of my fiancees beef. you must eat here! ask for the spicy hot sauce, if you like spicy anything you will love this sauce!

Arepas!
I have to agree with Alejandra. I have never heard of an arepa being served with a side salad. Or with a side anything for that matter. They already come stuffed with whaever you want. If some people find that the food is too small what they dont realize is that its deceptively filling. One arepa would be plenty for the normal person. Then again, I have a friend that can eat two and still be hungry. But she's an arepa loving freak. :)

Superb restaurant!
I went here with my husband after someone recommended it to us. It was very quaint. Excellent service and the food was unbelievable!! Everything was great. the only down side is the wait I wish they would take reservations, but that might take away from the charm. Either way I would highly recommend it.

Great
I just want to say that I am native venezuelan and it just got to my nerves the person that said in Venezuela an arepa is served with salad? NEVER! Arepa is a main dish that is never served with a side... if it is something on the side is because the arepa is empty and you use that to fill the arepa yourself. This is a great restaurant is not the tipical tipical arepas that you eat in Las Mercedes but you can enjoy it with a Cerveza Polar! Great idea guys!
