Great happy hour deal, not great service
Noir has a great happy hour food deal during the week - $5 sandwiches, $4 flat breads, $3 skewers, $2 salads and $1 desserts. The drinks are full price, but they are delicious and worth it given how inexpensive the food is. The food was decent, but the service was subpar. The waitress was totally unphased by our being there. There were half hour gaps between courses. We ordered salads (no cooking involved). We also ordered the warm cookie, which took over half an hour. Give yourself at least two hours to eat there even when its not crowded, and don't go hungry because your food will take forever.
