I had a dinner party there at the chef's table, which was by far the most unique dinner experience I have had. Coming from new York having been to every place from del posto to minetta's tavern to nobu, Boston had a lot to live up to. My family and I celebrated there for my return back to NYC. Not only was the service beyond superb, our main waiter new everything about the food, restaurant, even how the wine had been made! The staff is extremely dedicated to their work, taught well, and work as a team should to keep the place running like a 5 star restaurant. We experienced that first hand because we had the entire view of the kitchen in our private chef room. We did the chef's menu which included some of the best food And wine I have had to date. If you are a serious foodie this is the #1 place I would recommend visiting while in Boston. This is not for the picky eater, this is for someone with a mature palate and open to anything the chef will serve!
