AMAZING -- BEST indian food in town; AWESOME experience!
By far the best Indian food I have ever had. I will definitely be returning. The portions were generous and the service was impecable!

best Indian Restaurant
I had a friend over who lives in New Delhi, with whom I had travelled around Uttar Pradesh, Rajastan, Kerala and Mumbai. She volunteered that she thought Mela had the best overall Indian cuisine she had tasted. Who am I to argue with that?

Love this restaurant
This is a great Indian restaurant with very courteous and friendly staff and awesome tasting food for a great deal. It's my favorite restaurant in the South End. If you like great flavor - try this place out!

Great Place - good addition to SE scene
A great addition to what is an otherwise homogenous set of south end restaurants. Mela staff is extremely friendly and appreciative of your business and food is very good. A nice change from all the other restaurants in this neighborhood that, in my mind, overcharge for "generic gourmet cuisine"...thanks, Mela
