Great discovery
Always go to Lucca. Great bartenders and amazing food. A real neighborhood bar feeling. I had to write this review to address the previous review, The dollar oysters are a weekly special on Wednesdays and the bartenders tell me this is a promotion they do until seven that they loose money on to attract the 5 pm after work crowd. Check it out, Best food in the Back Bay

Not a late night place
this is not a place you want to go to for a bite, pizza takes 45 minutes. if you go there before 6pm, the oysters are a $1, after that $15 for half a dozen.....really?

too expensive
another pasta restaurant with $20 for pasta. no value for the food, nice atmosphere for a beer and sandwich.
