Far too expensive!
There are plenty of other places to go within a one minute walk (or less) - this place was overpriced, and while the food was just fine, it wasn't special enough to warrant the whopping bill. Won't be going back.

Off the Beaten Track but Better
It is a block off main drag but more room and much better food. The night I was there it was packed and I had the pounded swordfish - unusual but good... all the food appeared to be more authentic, whatever that means. Good wine and must try that Limoncello. Right now I would say my favorite in the area.

Amazing!
My family comes here every year when we visit Boston and we swear, it gets better every visit!!! The owner is such a energetic man and he is so nice. We love seeing him and everyone else. The food is amazing. Everything is cooked with your likes in mind. My favorite dish is the "Salmone Alla Maurizio! Don't even worry about what it's description is on the menu, the ingredients work well together! When you visit Boston or even live there and haven't gone here, go NOW!!!!

Such a fun night !!
By far the best food in the North End. Parking is not fun but when you get settled it is like someone invited you to their home for a wonderful Italian experience. The waitstaff seems to work together and the service is impeccable. The waiter and waitress we had were awesome. She seemed to love kids and he was a riot!! My son had a ball. Highly recommended by our concierge at The Intercontinental. Were worried about bringing in a 5 year old but the waitress made sure he was happy with his dish of special pasta.. Food beyond a doubt the best. Try the Rosette Pasta or the Chilean Sea Bass. Not much for dessert but you eat so much you need the "walk" to the coffee shop that was suggested. Great story about the owner, won a million dollars in the lottery!!, and he still works everyday. Can't wait to go back!!

Great night on the town!!
I have taken nearly every girl I have ever dated to this place. It has a nice, quiet intimate feel, and the food and service are exemplary. I wouldn't drag a litter of kids here, but if you are looking for a nice night out, this is the place!

Best Italian in North End
We took our Wedding Party here - it's the best Italian in the North End. You can never go wrong with the Lobster Ravioli, or the Fettucine Al Nero. The Rosette Al Montasio is sure to be your next favorite meal! We've been here atleast fifteen times and have never been disappointed!
