Consistently good...
I used to go to Harvard and have moved since to multiple places all over the country. The first thing I do anytime I am ever back in Boston is to go to Le's (formerly Pho Pasteur). The food is consistently delicious! The portions are very generous and the staff are always friendly. I gave the service a 4.0 only because sometimes you have to motion a few times to get their attention to refill your water glass or to bring you the check. They definitely don't hover and leave you to enjoy the delicious pho goodness in peace. Other Boston establishments (like Boston Tea Stop -- ugh - so disappointing!) have reduced the quality of their food but not Le's, nor have they increased their prices. I was so happy that I spoke to the manager last time telling him how consistently good the food was. He smiled widely and said thanks, adding that the chef and "everything has been kept the same for a long time." Works for me :)

Most dependable Vietnamese
In a place where more and more Vietnamese places are popping up all around the burbs, Pho Pastuer continues to offer the most dependable and tasty bowl of Pho around. Flavorful broth without being super oily, everything just works there. The stir fry dishes are better than the average.

Great Vietnamese food!
Since moving away from home, I hadn't found Vietnamese food like my grandmother's homecooking...until I ate here. They have the best pho and summer rolls. Their prices are very reasonable (only $5 for a huge bowl of pho!). Great atmosphere as well. And I agree with the first reviewer - I have been to the other Pho Pasteur locations Newbury and Harvard Square) and this is by far, the best.

Excellent
This place is superb. Their noodle dishes and appetizers are always fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere is really quite nice.

Never gets old..
I have been eating at this restaurant with my family for over 5 years. Since I have relocated to NYC and make a a stopo every time i come home. The Best summer rolls, shrimp toast, and salads ever. There Pho is the fantastic and there soft shell crab is not to be missed. There are other locations but this is the first and the best!
