Great Food, Open Late
The food here is authentic and delicious. Service is OK. It's a great place to go for a late night bite when everything else is closed, they are open til 2am! Though I agree that the music was a bit too loud. When we asked if they could turn it down a bit, they weren't that ready to do so.

Great Addition to Lansdowne Street!!
I went to La Verdad before Game 7 of the playoffs - and had an awesome experience! We had to wait for about a half hour for a table which was a bit of a bummer, but we hung at the bar and had a margarita...very good, not too sure what's in them but they were different from most margaritas I’ve had. When we got a table we ordered fish tacos & corn...the corn was amazing - it was covered in a yummy cheese and spices - I've never had anything like it...and the tacos were also very good, but next time I would have ordered different kinds to have more variety. My only complaint was that the music was a little loud, but I will definitely be back!

new flavor to a tired area
cool new place on lansdown that provides an option other than a cheesy club or sports bar. it's well decorated with amazing food, the tacos and sandwiches are incredible. i have read a lot of reviews about terrible service, but they must have gotten a hint because it was well staffed and our waitress was great.
