So many better places to try
The food was mediocre. All pretty unimaginative italian fare..... The appetizers especially were bland. The baked stuffed mushrooms were just stuffed with breadcrumbs, the sauce for the calamari was basically ragu...My friends chicken dishes were all boring. If you are looking for a standard italian restaurant, this isn't a bad value (prices are decent), but there are so many more wonderful places in the north end with fantastic food. I would personally skip this one. The staff were nice, but our waitor brought out what we thought were complimentary desserts, (no one ordered them but we had a birthday party) and he charged us for it!

Large portions, good food. Has all the standard Italian dishes and then more. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The decorum is modern with two medium sized rooms. The owner who was doubling as the hostess was courteous to both her staff and customers.

Amazing Antipasto!!!!
We are in the North End for dinner at least once a month. We always try different restaurants. This one is our favorite. We make it a habit to not go back to the same restaurant....but we can't wait to go back here. Our boys ordered the antipasto and it was amazing!!! My husband and I didn't order the antipasto (but can't wait to go back to try it!)...but our meals were excellent. The atmosphere and service were incredible. The portions were enormous. Our grown boys could not finish their antipasto and took the remainder home. Great place...great service...great food!!
