Kipo's

i Love it.. i've been going there for a while now. i think the food and service is great! i know that they take care of their frequent customers very well. once you go there and be friendly, they seem like they never forget you, unless you are rude, and then maybe you well get their wrong side... old school i guess!. but thats just me. i've seen Kipo's around long after previous places. they must be doing something right for being in business for that long, my advice is to talk to the employees there, you will find them quite nice. definately a family run business.

This sub shop has decent food with decent value. It's not good or bad in comparison with other sub shops. There's no competition in subs or pizza around that particular neighborhood. At least if you enter the restaurant you would get a friendly greeting. Instead you get a gruffy man or a woman to take your order. Not only do they take their time with you, there's no welcoming feeling you're suppose to get from restaurants. The restaurant is designed like an 80's diner but half of the restaurant has its lights off. My opinion is that if that's not the only sub/ pizza shop in the neighborhood, I doubt they would still be in business.

I just started going to kipo's in charlestown. i've been a customer for years at other kipo's locations. it's a good place to go to get some good, quality meals. plus, i like how the workers treat their customers like they've known them for years. u can trust their service. keep up the good work!
