A Hidden Gem in Brighton
This place is awesome! I LOVE the food, the guys who work there, the woman who works the register and NEVER makes you pay the change on your order, and the relaxed atmosphere. This place isn't fancy or snobby and I absolutely love it. They make you feel like you're part of their family. It's a breathe of fresh air. Can't say enough good things

Top Notch
This is probably my favorite restaurant in the Brighton area.

Jim's is the Bomb!
They are very friendly and the food here is unbelievable. It is by far the best Deli in Brighton. I would highly recommend the Chicken Deluxe sandwich.

Best take out in town
We have ordered from Jims many times and have never been disapointed we get it delivered and it is always quick and hot. Our orders have always been correct and its enough food for two meals...great deal!

Watch the side orders
Great food. Only complaint: Order a salad as both your sides for your dinner and you tend to get overcharged. I ordered a garden salad and caesar salad for each of my two dinners and was charged $2 more than the posted prices. Didn't complain because the two dinners were still less than $20, but it has happened more than once.

Poor service experience
Ordered a pastrami sandwich, and all I asked for was a sandwich. They took the liberty of serving it as a "sandwich plate", in other words, they included fries and a pickle and charged me an extra $1.50. Honest enough mistake I guess, but then when I told them that all I wanted was a sandwich and not the "sandwich plate", instead of simply removing the fries, I was told by a grumpy old fellow "next time order different." Their food is expensive enough as it is that you shouldn't be strong armed into paying extra for fries you didn't want.Food is good, and that Jim guy is very nice and courteous, but I thought this was a very poor showing. I won't be returning any time soon.
