perfect lunch spot for quick lunch
I love jpaces, its my fav lunch place to go! everything is literally amazing and the sub guys are super nice! i suggest the proscuitto and mozz on sesame roll or pasta and meat balls, love the marinara sauce too, not watery like the other reviewer says!

Bland sauce
I never quite understood the big deal about this place. Supposedly Italian, but has literally the most bland tomato sauce in the city. I have consistently found it to be watery and lacking any noticeable seasoning. The cold sandwiches are good, but I would not advise anyone to go for the marinara based sauces...unless if you are into blandness, which fine because many people are. I prefer a sauce with more substance.

Good place for lunch
Not a bad place to grab a sandwich - but watch them close in case they put in the precut cold cuts that someone refused that day...

Delicious Italian lunches
Great place to grab a bite to eat, the line might look intimidating but its a tiny place - great sandwiches made fresh right in front of you - try the sesame rolls, they're phenomenal. they've got hot italian foods as well as the sandwiches and side salads plus their cakes are delicious! great little hidden italian place on devonshire.
