Infusion Tea Spa has perhaps the worst customer service. I used to be a loyal customer for several years. Lately, all I have been experienced was disappointed. Firstly, any business should understand what First Come First Serve means! For several times already, I saw people who ordered drinks before me get their drinks first just because I am a sit in customer? Is this how a business should treat a customer? After I confront with the owner, all he said was "Ah, there are a lot of people, we're busy." No apology, and I was still being Serve Last. I was very disappointed. Secondly, the owner is so cheap that there are Only two people working 80% of the time, even during the busy schedule. This cause an unusually Long waiting (10-15 min) for order just one drink. In fact, once time the food and it took 30-45 Min before the food arrived, I could have went an actual restaurant and finished eating by then. Thirdly, the staffs were not well trained and there were Always Inconsistencies among them on drinks, and sometimes even food. Lastly, cost for boba tea and food are not cheap for what its worth, drinks cost minimum of $4, and food cost nearly $9 for fast food. I am not usually the one to complaint, but after experiencing subpar customer services after being a regular for so long and spending so much money, I finally decide that enough is enough. I will not waste my money on this place just to get treated like this.

There beef noodle is really good and bubble tea is not as sweet as lollicup which is better for me!
