Impeccable service
This is a cozy little sushi establishment. To my knowledge, the chef at GinGa was a main chef and Fugakyu. I come here on a weekly basis, because 1) the food is great, and 2) they make me feel at home. I am always offered water or hot green tea, and free edamame/seaweed salad whenever I visit. The food is delicious and although it is on the slightly pricier side, the owners/waiters will make your experience at GinGa a worthwhile one. I highly recommend the Unaju (Unagi Doneel rice)...it is cheap compared to many other Japanese restaurants, and it is of great value and is so delicious!

Coolidge Corner's Top Sushi Place?
After coming to eat here, I'd have to say that I was in for a pleasant surprise. I didn't really expect much as I walked in. It was just another Sushi place and really small. I ended up ordering an appetizer (Hotate) and the Spicy tuna maki and it was very delicious. The serving was plenty to satisfy my tummy and I considered it good value for the price. But yeah, the sushi there and the HOTATE!!! It was sooo good that It made me want to write up this review. I hope it helps anyone looking for a good sushi spot around beacon.
