Earlier Review still holds true.
Staff *does* vacate their stations. Cashiers wander off during lunch time and there is hardly ever 2 available. Even if 3 are posted, they are slow and don't care that I only have 30 mins for lunch break. 15 mins to get a sandwich 5 to eyeball cashier and force 'em back to their place. Sandwiches are never made to order because they immediately forget my requests. They wander slowly from place to place - some doing nothing more than taking 10 minutes to fill napkins. Perhaps they are not paid enough to care? Prices requenstly raised. But quality and service have not. Between breakfast and lunch it is hard to get food - and hard to purchase it. They spend more concentration on Prep and tell me "breakfast is over at 10" "lunch isn't ready yet."

If you can put up with the service
I really like Fresh City's sandwiches and this one is close to where I live so I used to go all the time. It also offers free Internet, which is always a plus. Unfortunately, the people behind the counter are not good so only go there if you have time to spare and a good dose of patience. First of all, it'll take a good amount of time before anyone will acknowledge your presence. Often, people seem to be behind the counter, but on break or flirting/chatting with eachother. If you order a sandwich with any alterations (ex. I like mine with dressing on the side) be sure to keep an eye on the maker because they will definitely ignore your request. (Mine added extra dressing after I stopped him and reminded him I wanted it on the side. Classic.) Final tip: bring cash. Their credit card machine isn't always functional. Oh, and good luck actually paying for your food after the dinner rush is over because the staff (though plentiful) will vacate their stations.
