I am not from Boston and I LOVE this place...I make a special trip here EVERY time I come to Boston. Everything they make is in house and they allow you to watch them design everything...fascinating! Their molten chocolate cake is...MmmmMMM good! :) Now, when I go places, I always look to see if they have molten chocolate cake b/c this place has made me CRAZY about the dessert. This place has seasonal menus which is great b/c it gives a lot of varieties for dessert...and who wouldn't want that! Overall, I love this place. People come here...NOT for the food, but their signature desserts and the atmosphere is very cozy, intimate and not too loud. Great to go to before/after a theater play or just to fix your sweet tooth!

My husband and I love Finale. In fact, we choose our dinner location based on whether there is a Finale nearby. And now we have three locations to choose from. We go about once a month. We really look forward to it. The Molten Chocolate is everything you would want in a warm chocolate cake. Plus we love their light dinner menu. Don't be afraid to pamper yourself regularly. We find it to be a perfect escape.

Absolutely unparalleled experience. The service is quick, thoughtful and pleasant; the desserts are exquisite and the atmosphere is charming. Get a nice ice wine with your creme brulee and you'll think you've died and gone to heaven. Oh, and if you haven't yet had a molten chocolate cake.... let's just say you'll understand when you try one. Get off the computer and GO.

Finale has very beautiful and tasty desserts, but they are not cheap! It is definitely one of those once in a while type places, but I do enjoy going there. They have really interesting dessert type drinks as well.

Excellent desserts, artfully prepared. Each dish is an adventure for the senses. It's worth skipping dinner and going straight for dessert.
