Best Soul food Ever
I just beacame a big fan of this place... I had ordered Beef ribs-- too die for, mac &cheese , potato salad.. everything was so fresh, and delicious.. I wished i lived close by, i would order everyday! The food are Amazing.

Not soul food
I gave it a second try after about a year and it was the same. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in weeks old oil, stringbeans tasted like it came out of the can, cornbread was dry. the only thing that did taste good was the plaintains. unfortunately there are no more soul food places around so others can not compare. but this is not soul food.

Darn Good Chicken!
Ok, so I first saw coast cafe on the phantom gourmet... and I se the mission to find the place, and when i finally did.. I was more than happy... The friend chicken is outstanding, the beef ribs to die for!!!!!!! my favorite sides are the mac and cheese and the yams mmmm.mmmm ohh wait and the bananna pudding and the pie!! everything there is delish!!!! seriously.. I love this place... I really do! The people there are soooo friendly... really nice humble athmosphere there..

awesome food
The food is delicious, everything tasted extremely fresh and flavorful! Nothing was greasy, not even the fried chicken which was moist and tender! I would call ahead of time and order just because they have very limited space. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to explain things on the phone. Coast Cafe is definitely an amazing find and no one can beat their fantastic banana pudding!!!!
