Not Recommended
Although the location was great, my 2-year old could have made better pasta. The food was not well cooked, and pretty much tasteless. Even the bread, which took 30 minutes to be brought over, was plain and stale. The service was horribly unattentive and slow. Definately not recommended.

Great atmosphere but bad service
A location right on Newbury Street is perfect. However, I was extremely disappointed with the food and service. After ordering our meal, we waited for a complete hour for our food to arrive. Then came the greater disappointment. For close to $25, a plate of chicken marsala with absolutely no taste and complete lack of presentation was placed in front of me.

Wonderful food, questionable service
The food at Ciao Bella is delicious, without question. Their pastas are perfect and their brunch menu is equally satiating to the senses. Although the waitresses are attentive, I always encounter one who is snobbish, unfortunately. If you're willing to put with a little condescension, this is a cute little place in which to eat.
