For real sushi eaters.
Look if you want a high quantity of cheap cream-cheese filled rolls, don't eat here. If you want the highest grade fish served in some of the most delicious combinations, eat here. It's that simple.

Lesson Learned: Do not judge a book by the cover.
When my wife and I saw the place, I was not sure what to expect from the restaurant. After I had the first sushi, I got over the ambiance issue very quick. Chef Saji can work sushi magic - fresh fish, simple but imaginative presentation and most of all great taste. Try the chef's special and have Chef Saji slect the fish for you. I took pictures of his creation - they were so visually appealing, I was reluctant to consume the sushi. But I did and we came back for more a couple days later. Great find in the Cambridge area!

Awesome sushi!
Definitely one of the best places to get sushi. I'm Japanese and I grew up eating sushi, and their sushi reminds me of the sushi from Japan. Big slices of fresh fish with small amounts of rice. Delicious!

Always very good.
The food here is great. I'd recommend trying some of the specials, which are often more adventurous. Very good service, too. Highly recommended.

SO awesome!
Cafe Sushi is my favorite! They are under management and the food has REALLY improved! I go there every week and finally got online to share my love for my favorite sushi place! The fish is always fresh, the service is kind and attentive and the flavors are just so good....I have to go back often. Ok, ok it is not for the fashionista...but I want great sushi and Cafe Sushi always (more than) satisfies!

Unpleasant Food...
Really unpleasant experience. Food was not good. Prices were waaayyy above what they should be given the quality, atmosphere, and size of portions. Service was not friendly. Overall, really poor experience.

not good
The food was sub-par, and the prices were ridiculous for what we got. The serving sizes were small and the fish tasted like it had been frozen and thawed. There are much better sushi places in harvard square.
