    Best Restaurant Ever

This small restaurant is a treasure. It has a lovely atmosphere/interior and is run by an amazing and warm Thai family. The food is fantastic! The menu was developed together by the family and is authentic and delicious. Mind you, I'm an extremely picky eater (who never cooks). I will never go to another Thai restaurant because I can get much better food for much less money here! Also, I can get my two favorite things, duck and squid, with any of dishes! i.e. if I want curry or drunken noodle or pineapple fried rice, I can get it with whatever meat or seafood I want! Although I sometimes get cravings for other foods (sashimi, bibimbap, tamales, pupusas, gnocchi, brazilian bbq etc. etc.), I eat here about 4 times a week and have had almost everything on their menu at least once, though certain items I've eaten at least a dozen times. I recommend drunken noodle, bo thai fried rice, basil fish, mango salmon, beef/chicken satay, golden bags, thai chicken wings, tempora, bo thai lamb, gai yang, moo yang, any curry, lad na, drunken noodle, pad woon sen, larb, papaya salad, silver salad, tiger's tears, tom yum, pra ram long song, heavenly beef, any duck dish, and fried sweet potato- the rice plates are also delicious!! You might also say the restaurant is something of a neighborhood institution, with lots of regulars, including bands recording at the studio down the street, whose new CDs can sometimes be heard playing at the restaurant. They also have wireless internet now!

Best Thai food in town... by far!

I travel a lot and have eaten Thai practically everywhere I can get it. This is by far the best I have had! And in Allston of all places. You would expect it in downtown Boston or Cambridge, but not in this out of the way area. The food is delicious, spicy, but not at the expense of the exquisite flavors. Specials such as Larb Gai, Tamarind Duck, Bo Thai Lamb are sublime! And the same applies to staple dishes like Pad Thai, Pad See Ew and spring rolls. Portions are generous, and they don't skimp on the meats and fish like some others. And the prices are remarkably low, take out prices. The ambiance is modern fresh and clean, yet cosy. And the family, Bo, Sou, and mom back in the kitchen, welcome you in and make you feel like you're with family. A definite recommendation to dine in at this understated establishment. But they deliver too, all the way to Boston, Cambridge, Brighton, Brookline and Watertown. I understand they do catering too. I think you can't go wrong with this at business lunches or parties! Impress your colleagues and friends.
