very unfriendly
It is on the childrens museum of science list of places to eat but child or any friendly it is not. The waitress was so rude but you could hear chatting with her friends by the bar happy as can be, And it was obvious the other waitress on was just as miserable to be there.Both of our tables had to get up and look help.Manager didn't care. Food isn't anything special.

sweet place
I had my art there many years ago, 1994-95? I showed these huge paintings of blue waves. I had an opening nite and the bar and cooks were great. Fabulous space to dine, beautiful art always up and staff is wonderful. thanks -fabbri

Also not impressed
I agree that it's not impressive. I've been there a few times - sometimes the service is good, other times it's terrible. Guess it depends on when you go (time of day/night). Food's good though and close to work for after-work gatherings.

Not Impressed
I had drinks in the lounge last weekend and was impressed by the drinks, however the service was hurrendous, slow and unattentive. As the owner of a Nantucket establishment, I surely would like to make the owners aware they have a great location, but some of their staff should be replaced.

Come for the music not the staff
Great music, bad management. Been twice on a Friday night, both times the place was only half full but there was no seating because the empty tables all have 'reserved' signs on them and the staff yaps if you try to sit down. They make a point to see that you don't lean on the walls, either. We left quickly each time.
