Fun atmosphere, really bad food
I am so disappointed that the food here is so mediocre because the atmosphere and drinks are great. I've gone twice and tried various appetizers, pizzas, main dishes, and one dessert, and while they all sound great on paper they were all uniformly disappointing. A few things (the Mediterranean dips and the butternut squash ravioli) were way too sweet. The pizzas are incredibly bland. A mousse I got was the consistency of melted ice cream - so runny it was hard to even eat, much less call mousse. The concept is good and the menu looks solid, I don't understand how the execution is so poor.

A heavenly experience
Bella Luna is a true find. Its atmosphere is alive and funky. The wait staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding ~ the calamari is the best I have had in years, the pizza is fantastic and the salads are fresh and interesting. The entrees and presentation are out of this world. This a family friendly, romantic and one of a kind neighborhood restaurant.
