Way overpriced and quality that resembles panera.

Great addition to Financial District
After working downtown for 2 years I realized there was no place to get a decent sandwich. Bailey and Sage has awesome sandwiches and delicious salads. I use them more for take out so the atmosphere is irrelevant to me. Have the brisket, you will be in heaven!

Mispriced
I eat out every day & don't mind spending $10 for a sandwich, but I want something unique. I went to B&S for the first time and ordered the beef brisket sandwich - the sandwich was good; for $10.17, the sandwich should be much better than good. I don't understand what is compelling about their offerings - the sandwiches are basic and the salads looked decent. However, this already exists in the market at a lower price with more options. It's a competitive world with lots of food options; I don't see how this one survives without some enhancements or changes.
