new hidden hotspot that's worth trying out
I had no idea that this place even existed...I thought i was going to the old plaza 3..First off, the atmosphere was absolutly gorgeous...Hats off to the designers...second , i had the corndog shrimp for an app. and they were an interesting combo of beer battered shrimp on a stick with a delicious dipping sauce that still makes my mouth water just thinking about it...for an entree, i had the free range chicken which i'm crazy about, because off the top of my head, I couldn't tell you where else in Boston, that you can even find an actuall half-chicken. It came out hot, glazed perfectly, and it was coupled with the perfect veggie combo,(sweet mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts with bacon bits). The potrions for both app.'s and entree were more than enough to satisfy a large man like myself.By the time I was ready to order dessert, i was already impressed with the over all performance.I did end up ordering dessert and I decided on the bread pudding that was delectable...Tasty,hot,sweet,delicious.The only thing that this place could improve is the service...My server could have been more knowledgeable of the menu and a smile never hurt anyone, other than that, I will certainly visit Anthem again and would like to thank them for a memorable experience at their establishment.
