This is by far the best Italian food in the Boston area. As a New York City native, I am a very discerning Italian food eater. Nothing in Boston matches the quality of the food at Alfredo's. The chef is a very nice guy to have a convo with, cooks right in front of you, and clearly has an exceptional amount of skill, and takes great pride in his cooking.

Although the location and store size might be a turn-off for some people, the quality of food and the hospitality of the owner totally make up for it. Everything was good starting from the Antipasto to the chicken, pasta, ravioli and gnocchi dishes to the cannoli. The enthusiasm and friendliness of the chef + the authenticity of the food made me feel like i was back in Italy.

Alfredo's has the best food in brighton.I go there almost everyday it never gets old.It's a small place but great food and great prices.Everytime i go in i ahve to say something about the resturant and he's cooking something delizioso.

everything good they say is true-- the only downside is, i think Alfredo himself delivers the food because 1/2 the time i call, no one answers. It is still worth calling back for, i am addicted to his pizza and subs

We have tried many italian eateries over the years and nothing has been better than Alfredo's in Brighton. All authintic family receipes straight from Italy. Unbelievable food at a great price. This place should be a big restaurant in the north end. It would be a "hot spot" in no time. Go to Alfredo's. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing food... best kept secret in Allston. It's like having your own italian family and kitchen right there. Very reasonable for absolutely delicious and amazing food. I eat there like 4x a week!
