Best Meal I Have Ever Had
My Boyfriend and I went to Abe and Louie's for my 21st birthday and the experience could not have been any better. The food was amazing, the steak melts in your mouth. We had the Clam Chowder, Filet Mignon, Aged Prime New York Sirloin. Everything was amazing and the Margaritas were delicious. The waiter we had was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful and the attention to detail is incredible being a neat freak myself it was nice to see. It is definitively pricey but so worth it.

I wouldn't
Few places are as consistently rude and pompous. I am frequently forced to bring clients to Abe and Louie's due to work stipulations, and never seem to have a pleasant experience. The MaƮtre d's that "welcome" you do so in a way that exudes arrogance and superiority. This would be excusable if the food backed it up, but I find that Abe and Louie's rides on their name and "reputation", and delivers a subpar dining meal and overall dining experience. You can definitely get over charged at much finer places

We loved Abe and Louie's
We try to get into Boston to eat at Abe and Louie's at least one per year. Went last night. The food was delicious. Wonderful steaks and swordfish. The waiter was terrific - very attentive. We will definitely be back again.

Delicious lunch
I recently attended a business lunch at Abe & Louie's with 7 colleagues. Although my first impression was not outstanding (the host refused to seat the 5 of us who arrived first even though the restaurant was practically empty), the meal more than made up for it. Every course was scrumptous: crab and tuna appetizers, filet mignon entree, onion strings and sweet potato fries for sides, and the most ridiculous 7-layer chocolate cake for dessert. I had to roll myself back to the office afterwards! The service was attentive, and the waiter was always aware when a glass was empty. Although the meal was quite pricey, I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a special treat or are going on someone else's tab.

Best lunch in Boston
I eat her often for lunch on the weekends, and I must say it is my favorite place to go. Of course from the menu, it's not going to be a cheap lunch, but it's not too over the top and it's worth it. They have absolutely the best cheeseburger I have ever had, and it's always cooked perfectly. The only way I'm not getting that burger is if I have a craving for the ahi tuna burger, which is also absolutely delicious. The service is always impeccable there, and even though it's lunch they make you feel like you're having dinner service. To close out, also have the best bloody mary in town! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Boston, and you shouldn't miss it!

Average steak and food
High End set-up and decor - Awsome design - but they miss the steaks and the food quality. We enjoyed the seats and their ambience; but we didn't like the steaks. Anyway, we enjoyed our company together.
