    Good atmosphere, passable food

75 is a good, not great, neighborhood restaurant. I really like the atmosphere (warm, inviting, nice bar, my Dad feels comfortable there and my friends and I also have a good time at the bar). It's really nothing exciting, the service isn't awesome, the food is fine. I go quite a bit as it's convenient, but I've had to send food back for being overcooked (medium rare burger came back as well done with no pink, salmon was dry and inedible, chicken was chewy and completely overcooked) a few times and they gave us a drink on the house (did not comp the plate or anything). The heirloom tomato salad in the summer is amazing, the Boston bibb salad with chicken is great, the turkey sandwich is good, the butternut squash ravioli in the fall and winter is good.

    Highly Recommended

75 Chestnut used to be an extremely expensive restaurant but recently that have dropped their prices without compromising the quality of the food. Everything was delicious - we order bruschetta, salmon, steak tips and the filet. The filet was one in my top 5 best steaks ever at a restaurant . You may have to wait a little bit - as it is a small restaurant.

Nice atmosphere & great food... but...

We went here for dinner and both had the pork chop - it was fantastic. The restaurant is dimly lit and gives a romantic feel. Great food and ambiance for the money. The only problem was, was that the waiter and/or bartender could not get my drink right. I wanted vodka and club soda but they kept bringing me raspberry stoli and club. They truly thought this is what i meant by "vodka club" - with that, I would go back but would order wine...
